Diego Oliver (Lima, 1981) is a photographer and journalist graduated from the Peruvian University of Applied Sciences (2005). His written, photographic and video work has been published on many local media and is a founding member of Intu (www.intu.pe), an outdoors multimedia production company. He was a finalist at the 2017 Humanity Photo Awards edition with Canteros (Peruvians on the Moon), a project that was exhibited in the Raul Porras Barrenechea Gallery, in Lima, and in the Alliance Fraçaise, in Arequipa. The video piece made on that project was selected for the Experiments in Cinema V13.6 Festival (2018) held in Abuquerque, United States. He recently graduated from the International Center of Photography, in New York, where he earned the Jan Mulder Scholarship. His project The Heart of a Landmark has been selected by the Ostkreuzschule für Fotografie, in Berlin, for the book New York Edited 2019-2020.
